Fall ushers in an array of sunset leaves, shorter days, and more unpredictable weather. In order to properly enjoy your autumn travels, it's important to be prepared for all sorts of environments, from warm days to unexpectedly cold nights. Whether you’re staying somewhere local or jetting off to a prime leaf-peeping destination, here’s a packing guide for your fall travels.

Layers

As the weather starts to become a bit more unpredictable, it’s a good idea to layer your clothing so you’re ready for any climate. Here are a few perfect layering items to bring along on your autumn adventures.
