Unwind In Puerto Vallarta With This Flexible, Refundable Deal

Puerto Vallarta checks all the important boxes for a relaxing beach getaway. It features all the amenities of Cancun, but is less touristy. It's more affordable than most domestic beach towns, but is still an easy flight. And while its beaches are stunning, there's also a vibrant town and lush mountains to explore if you're looking for a bit more adventure.

Four Nights In Paradise

This new getaway deal from Travelzoo gets you four nights at the Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa for just $299 total (or $399 from January-April next year), with the flexibility to stay until October 2021, and with full refunds available if you're not able to make the trip.

The Marriott Puerto Vallarta boasts a stellar 4.5 rating on TripAdvisor, and is currently selling rooms next summer in the ballpark of $170 per night, meaning this deal represents a considerable discount. It's not an all-inclusive resort like many others in the area, but having stayed at one of those all-inclusives last year, I can tell you that it was worth leaving the resort to eat on occasion: the food in the Old Vallarta part of town is terrific, and not at all expensive.

Extra Perks

For nominal extra fees, you can add on additional nights (starting at just $75 per night), or upgrade to an Ocean View King or two double room with an ocean view, with free breakfast included ($100 total). You'll also enjoy free Wi-Fi, and 20% off spa services at the resort, because yeah, I'd say we're all due a massage right about now.

Just note that there will be a $20 resort fee per night after November of this year, and tax isn't included with the voucher.

Flexible And Refundable

Once you get the voucher, you'll receive instructions to email the resort and lock in your dates. If you're unable to make the trip, you can cancel up to two weeks in advance of your stay, and return the voucher to Travelzoo for a full refund.
