7 Hotels in the U.S. With Michelin-Starred Restaurants

It’s a vacation bonus when you book a hotel and learn the restaurant adjacent to the lobby is a Michelin-starred establishment. Every year, the Michelin Guide publishes a list of the most coveted eateries around the world selected using five criteria: quality of products; mastery of flavor and cooking techniques; the personality of the chef in their cuisine; value for money; and consistency between visits. Each restaurant that earns the prestigious accolade earns one, two, or three Michelin stars — and many chefs consider a mention in the Michelin Guide the highest honor in the culinary world. To get inspired for your next Michelin-starred hotel experience, here are seven properties that are wowing critics in the U.S.
