The World's Best Adults-Only, All-Inclusive Hotels

If Speedos, bikinis and bare backsides make you blush, a few of these specialty resorts might not be for you. But if you really want to enjoy yourself, leave your inhibitions at home and go with the flow. Letting your guard down is simple while surrounded by luxury accommodations, with no kids in sight and romantic adventures around every corner. Many of us often consider Mexico and the Caribbean for all-inclusive resort stays, but we found plenty of options throughout Europe and the United States, as well. All of these seductive spots offer inclusive packages, with the best rates often available through their own websites.

Facing the Andaman Sea, The Pavilions Phuket location boasts luxurious villas with private infinity pools, all set on a secluded hilltop in tropical, adults-only paradise. When not lounging by the pool or enjoying your intimately appointed room, there’s plenty to do. Spa, yoga and the fitness center are active options. Sumptuous dining goes with the purely hedonistic experience. To that end, the Pavilions’ Plantation Club fine-dining restaurant offers modern international fare with panoramic Andaman Sea views.

Meanwhile, finely-crafted, cooling cocktails await at the 360 Degree Bar, set in a secluded, shaded bamboo grove. More unique drinks are mixed at the casual Firefly Pool & Restaurant, served poolside along with an authentic Thai menu, wood-fired dishes and bright Mediterranean flavors. Off-site excursions include island hopping, an elephant sanctuary visit, rounds of world-class golf and private yacht charters easily booked through the resort’s online system. It feels worlds away, but this sanctuary is only 20 minutes from the airport, Patong beaches and the town of  Phuket.

The renewal ritual starts with relaxing mood music in the sauna and steam areas, segueing to signature spa treatments, further melting away stress. As for more active pursuits, the resort’s all-inclusive rate includes access to two private beach clubs, Mamitas Beach Club and Kool Beach Club, including credit for food, beverages, cot and beach umbrella.

Also outsized are the hotel’s “design rooms,” massive suites of 210 square feet, with their own in-room spas. A designated Belek Golf Area property, Adam & Eve is less than 10 kilometers, or six miles, from nearby Cornelia Golf Club.
